Subtwin Partners are MSPs we've vetted to deliver and support twins on behalf of end customers. They handle onboarding, day-2 operations, escalation, and project work. Subtwin handles the product, the audit posture, and the lead routing.

A note on the "peasy" name: peasyCloud (Subtwin's hosting infrastructure) and PeasyServices (a Subtwin Partner) are separate companies. They share a name root from a common founder history; they do not share equity, board, or operations. peasyCloud is a vendor to Subtwin. PeasyServices is a delivery partner to Subtwin customers. Lead routing

How Subtwin decides which partner gets a referral.

Public, predictable, and not first-to-respond. If you're considering applying, here's the logic you'd be opting into.

How a lead routes

  1. Geography first. Customers in your declared region.
  2. Vertical specialty next. Customers in your declared verticals.
  3. Capacity third. Partners flag "open / nearing capacity / closed" monthly.
  4. Round-robin among eligible partners. No first-to-respond, no auction.
  5. Customer can override. If they ask for a specific Subtwin Partner by name, we route there.

Anti-poaching commitments

  • Subtwin never markets to an MSP-managed tenant without that MSP's invitation.
  • One Subtwin Partner cannot solicit another Partner's named customers via the directory — checked at MSA signature, enforced at renewal.
  • If a customer asks Subtwin for a different Partner mid-engagement, we honour it but the original Partner gets a 30-day notice and a transition window.
  • Referral attribution survives for 12 months. If a referred customer engages a different Partner on a separate project in that window, the original Partner gets a courtesy notice.
Vetting criteria

What we look for in a Subtwin Partner.

The bar is public so it doesn't look like a friends-and-family directory when Partner #10 lands.

1. Identity-first operations

GDAP-capable for M365 partner deployments. Real operational fluency with Entra app registrations, conditional access, and audit-log review.

2. Real client base

10 or more SMB / mid-market tenants under management with at least 12 months of operational history per tenant.

3. Insurance & legal

E&O and cyber liability coverage in force. Certificate of Insurance shared with Subtwin annually.

4. Named technical lead

A named engineer at the Partner who completes the Subtwin technical certification and stays Subtwin's escalation contact.

5. Published case study commitment

One published case study within six months of joining the directory. We co-author; the Partner approves the final version.

6. Standard MSA

Signed Subtwin Partner MSA + co-marketing addendum. Anti-poaching commitments are contractual, not aspirational.

Read the criteria above. If you don't meet any, that's a flag — but not a no. Reach out and we'll talk through it.

Apply

Short form: company, tenant count, current PSA/RMM, primary vertical, geography, named technical lead, sample MSA, insurance summary.

Technical vetting call (~60 min)

With Subtwin engineering. We walk a live tenant onboarding on a sandbox and confirm runbook fluency, audit-posture understanding, and confirmation-gate discipline.

Commercial vetting call (~45 min)

Subtwin GTM lead + Partner principal. Lead-routing terms, referral attribution, joint case-study commitment, escalation SLAs to Subtwin engineering.

Sign the Partner MSA + co-marketing addendum

Certificates of insurance exchanged. Subtwin lists the Partner here on partners.html and on the three-paths cards on the homepage.

First referral + 90-day review

Subtwin routes one inbound lead. Both sides review CSAT, time-to-deploy, and audit-trail hygiene before the Partner moves to standing rotation.

FAQ

What MSPs ask before applying.

If I'm a Subtwin Partner, will Subtwin route my would-be clients to other Partners?

Only under the lead-routing logic above (geography → vertical → capacity → round-robin). The customer can override by name. We don't auction leads and we don't favour the most aggressive responder.

Is there exclusivity in either direction?

No. You can list Subtwin alongside competing offerings. Subtwin can have multiple Partners in your region/vertical. The MSA's anti-poaching clauses protect named-customer relationships, not category exclusivity.

Is there a revenue share to Subtwin?

No revenue share. The twin is free to your customer; the project work you bill is yours. Subtwin earns revenue only on direct customer engagements and on its own project work — never a piece of your Partner-billed work.

Can I become a Subtwin Partner if I'm also a DIY MSP today?

Yes. Many DIY MSPs apply for Subtwin Partner status once they have a few twins live and want lead flow. The MSA is the only gating step.

What about international / non-North American partners?

The current two launch Partners are US/Canada. EU and APAC partners are explicitly welcome — we'd want region-localised insurance, data-residency commitments, and one customer reference per region.

How big does the directory get?

We deliberately keep the directory small enough that every Partner gets meaningful lead flow. Today: 2 Partners. Year-end target: 8–12. Cap: capacity-driven, not arbitrary.
