Pricing

We charge zero for the twin. We'd rather earn the next project.

No tiers, no per-seat counts, no LLM markup, no "free trial that turns into a bill." Your twin is free — really free — for every customer. We earn revenue when you ask us to help on the projects beyond it. Detail on what we mean by that — and on how we afford this — below.

How we make money

We get paid when you love working with us.

Once your twin is running and your team has its evenings back, customers regularly ask: "Could you help us with X?" That's where we earn revenue. The helpdesk twin stays free. The bigger projects don't.

Custom twins & runbooks

A Finance twin that books expense reports. A Security twin that triages alerts. An HR twin that runs onboarding. Bespoke tool catalogs and workflows, built by us, owned by you.

Typical engagement: $15–60k, 2–8 weeks.

Identity Directory consulting

Tenant migrations, Entra cleanup, conditional-access design, SOC 2 readiness for directory-centric environments. Senior engineering, scoped, fixed-fee.

Typical engagement: $10–40k, 1–4 weeks. Senior rate $250–325/hr.

Integration projects

Connecting your twin to the rest of the stack — ticketing, HRIS, your own internal tools — so it can do more than directory-admin work. Land the helpdesk for free, expand into the work that matters.

Typical engagement: $8–30k per integration, scoped.

MSP partner enablement

If you're an MSP rolling twins out to your fleet, we'll help you operationalise: dashboards, fleet runbooks, escalation paths. Hands-on partnership, billed by engagement.

Typical engagement: $5–25k, depending on fleet size.

Compliance & HIPAA work

Local-LLM deployments, BAAs, audit packets, residency configurations. The kind of work that needs senior eyes, not a portal.

Typical engagement: $15–50k, scoped per framework.

Anything else worth building

We're identity-and-agent people who like cool problems. Bring yours. If we can help, we'll quote it. If we can't, we'll point you at someone who can.

Quoted per project, no minimum.

The promise

We don't bill you for the twin. We don't bill you for storing the twin. We don't bill you for the LLM (that's your provider, your bill, no markup from us). We don't lock the audit log behind a paywall, or hide tools in a higher tier, or charge for SBOMs.

If we ever invoice you, it's because you asked us to do something beyond the twin.

FAQ

The questions a "free product" page always raises.

Free as in… really? What's the catch?

Free as in zero invoice. The catch — if you want to call it that — is that we hope you'll like the experience enough to ask us about other work. If you don't, your twin still runs, still helps your team, still costs you nothing.

What about the LLM bill?

That's not ours. The LLM is your account with Anthropic, OpenAI, or whoever you choose — your bill, no markup. Or run a local model and there's no LLM bill at all.

Is there a usage limit?

No artificial cap. We host the container, you use the twin. We'll only reach out if your traffic pattern is doing something unusual (which we'd want to understand together anyway).

Will you bill me later? Is this a bait-and-switch?

No. The helpdesk twin is free, full stop, including new versions. The only thing we ever invoice for is project work you've explicitly engaged us on — and we quote that up front.

How does this work for MSPs?

Same model. Twins for your clients are free. MSP-fleet enablement work (custom dashboards, escalation runbooks, white-label persona work) is project-billed. Many MSPs roll the projects into their own MRR with their clients.

How can you afford this?

The economics work because (a) the twin is genuinely cheap to operate per tenant — small Linux container, well-bounded traffic; (b) we're funded for an 18-month runway independent of project attach, so this isn't a desperate bet on conversion; and (c) of the customers we've onboarded so far, the share asking us about additional work is comfortably above our break-even attach rate. Free is the wedge; trust is the moat. If attach rates ever stop working, we have a paid tier in our pocket — but the twin stays free for everyone who signed before that day.

Do I have to sign anything to get a free twin?

A short MSA so the legal team can sleep. Nothing about payment because there isn't any. Onboarding takes ~20 minutes once that's in place.
